Returns, Exchanges & Order Policies
At Cygni Jewels, we are committed to delivering an exceptional luxury experience. If you need assistance with a return, exchange, or order modification, please review our policy below.
Eligibility
Eligibility for return, exchange, or cancellation is specified within the product details at the time of purchase.
Please note that Cygni Jewels is unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for the following:
- Special or custom-made orders
- Items shipped outside of the United States
- Items modified at the customer’s request (including resizing, engraving, or alterations)
- Final sale merchandise
- Items marked as non-returnable, non-exchangeable, or non-cancellable at the time of purchase
Shipping and handling fees, where applicable, are non-refundable.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
- Returned in original, unworn condition
- Accompanied by all original packaging and documentation (including diamond certificates, if applicable)
- Include the return invoice generated with your prepaid return label
Items showing signs of wear, or those that have been engraved, resized, altered, or damaged in any way, will not be accepted.
Once received, our quality assurance team will inspect the item within five (5) business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within five (5) business days via the original method of payment.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or contact us immediately at cygnijewels@gmail.com.
All claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within two (2) business days of delivery.
Please note: Cygni Jewels cannot assume responsibility for lost or damaged return shipments.
Returns & Exchange Process
For eligible items, return and exchange shipping within the United States is complimentary.
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Email us at cygnijewels@gmail.com, or
- Visit the “Past Orders” section of your account to download your prepaid FedEx shipping label.
After generating your label, you must drop off your package at a staffed FedEx location within your return window. Packages dropped at FedEx Drop Boxes or non-FedEx staffed locations are not covered and will not be the responsibility of Cygni Jewels or FedEx.
Please ensure you obtain a FedEx receipt at the time of shipment, as this serves as your proof of insurance.
Packages returned without a return invoice or refused upon delivery will not be eligible for a refund.
If you are expecting an outbound exchange shipment, you will receive:
- An email confirming the outbound shipment date
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking details on the day of dispatch
Order Changes & Cancellations
We will make every effort to accommodate order changes prior to shipping confirmation. Please note that certain modifications may result in a shipping delay.
If your order has already shipped, please contact us to arrange a return (if eligible) once the package has been delivered.

- Click on “Orders”
- Track your return using the associated FedEx tracking number
Once Cygni Jewels receives your return from FedEx, your order status will update from “Processing” to “Received.”
